It can be said that chef/owner Jerry Wiener literally cut his teeth in the restaurant business. As the son of successful restaurant owners, Jerry always knew that cooking was in his veins. Upon graduating CSUN he set out to the Pasadena Culinary Institute to further master his culinary skills. Along the way Jerry learned the values of shopping locally, supporting our farmer's and serving fresh and healthy food to Los Angeles.
What was Jerry's vision? In a word – quality.
