signatureIt can be said that chef/owner Jerry Wiener literally cut his teeth in the restaurant business. As the son of successful restaurant owners, Jerry always knew that cooking was in his veins. With that in mind he set out to the Pasadena Culinary Institute to further master his culinary skills. Upon graduation, Jerry had a vision of catering to the corporate world. With that in mind, he opened up shop in 1989 and created Boardroom Catering.

What was Jerry’s vision? In a word – quality.
